Whooper burger was hell, the spicy sauce in it dominated the whole taste of burger. Please re-look into the recipe of the same.

Rude behaviour of staff - Burger King outlet - GVK one mall Hyderabad. Wanted to share a very bad experience at one of your outlet at GVK one mall - Hyderabad. The staff were very rude and disrespectful. First they denied to take order for burgers / fries and the reason they stated was “Short staff”. My kids where hungry and everyone know how kids are exited when you visit any food store. Just to make sure I don’t return empty handed which will disappoint the kids I asked the staff to atleast serve a softy which will be ready and the response i got from the staff shocked me. He said “Taking your order for softy and serving me will waste my time “ and the tone he spoke was very rude. This is not acceptable at all !! If your are not rightfully staffed you can’t take that frustration on customer. I had kids with me so I didn’t wanted to spoil their weekend and family time arguing or talking with senseless people. I hope the team take action on this.

RIDICULOUS The lady who was taking orders was so rude. I came first I even gave my order but she preferred to take order of the male person who was standing behind me. I asked her and she just ignored me. I hope that the management takes action against her before it’s too late. Idk if she did it because she’s a gender discriminator or a religion discriminator. Won’t buy or recommend anyone for anything from next time.

I am ordering a burger meal from zomato.... And there were peri peri fries in the mill but I did not get the peri peri masala, think you are craving to eat that or that taste and how will you feel if you do not get that, I got very angry plus they give me very less quantity of fries like seruacly I was very upset wuth burger king

Trying to avoid offers , I asked for crispy chicken combo on offer but they are denying pepsi and asking us to buy other drinks with extra payment. This is happening in other branches also .
