Regular café coffee day. A tad bit noisy and above average service. Tried Hazelnut Cappuccino, new Nutty Hot Fudge, Chocolate pastry with ice cream.. Items were good. Nice place to spend some time around Miyapur..

Had been here for an evening coffee on a rainy day. We were three and had varieties of latte. It had hardly 30 seating. A bit noisy as it is at one of the busiest places.

In the whole city of hyderabad these guys are experts in making the WORST MILK SHAKE EVER. I have ordered cocoa cookie milkshake and alphonso mango milkshake Cocoa cookie milkshake doesn’t taste like any chocklate at all Alphonso milkshake: only god knows how these guys made that It does not even taste like mango flavour Very poor quality Please do not order any milkshake from hear u will definitely regret it

Worst cafe ever, first there was only one guy who was doing everything on a busy morning who didn’t bother to wish or be polite while taking the order and then had to wait for 30min for our coffee when asked how long will it take barista was so rude saying “I’m the only one here you placed your order only 20min ago” to top it off guess they used out dates milk 3 of us suffered stomach upset and

This place really sucks. The customer service is very very very bad and they are not even providing some basic things like tissue claiming they aren't having any tissues in stock. And it's better I dont talk about food at this place. This CCD outlet really really sucks

twice I ordered two varieties of items from cafe coffee day but after 20-30 min of placing the order they cancelled the order saying they do not have the items at present, both the times. Do not order anything from cafe coffee day

Horrible food. My food was completely ruined ordered chicken multigrain. But received veg stuffing and it was damaged and pressed completely all stuffing came out. . Horrible and I did not received invoice also.

This was the worst cappuccino I ever had. It was a lot of water than milk in it. Had gone there for a meeting but wasn’t happy with the coffee and service as well.

Are you guys out of your mind?? How can you serve coffee without sugar sachet? I have requested extra sugar sachet with order but there was not even one.
