One of my favorite places in Hyderabad! This place serves the best bun maska and Irani chai I've ever had. It's a must-visit on my itinerary for anyone coming to the city. The outlet itself is beautiful, spread across three well-structured floors — perfect for soaking in the charm while enjoying a hot cup of chai. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a true taste of Hyderabad's café culture!

One of the best place to have Bun maska and Tea. This place has evolved with time. Fast service and quality food. One of the best factor was no headache of parking. They know how to manage the crowd really well. There were almost 20 valet drivers to manage the cars and crowd. Will definitely visit this place again.

one of the amazing experiences we as a family had here. The private cosy seating is one of a kind with soothing music playing at the background. the service is also so polite and Timely as per customer request. kids can relax and enjoy food here. Thanks for such a beautiful place

My Go-To Place for Milk Bread and Pav Bread. This has become my Trusted Spot and to avoid paying the delivery charges, I usually end up adding a few of our Family’s Favorites to the Cart: . Dry Fruit Biscuits (Warning: You definitely can’t stop at just one!) Eggless Plum Loaf Honey Fingers Butterscotch Eggless Pastry . For a Family of 3–4, the only challenge we face is the short shelf life of some items - especially the plum cakes and muffins. With a best-before date of just 2–3 days, we often find ourselves rushing to finish them. A shelf life of at least a week would be ideal, though I understand that may not always be possible with fresh, preservative-free products. . Yes, the pricing is on the higher side, but considering the taste, Trusted Brand and Hygiene Standards, we find ourselves returning time and again. Sometimes, good taste and peace of mind are worth the premium. 🙂

Their own staff is unaware of their own menu. You have to point to the item on the menu to make them understand what we want. We ordered fried rice and chilly paneer combo and we got veg manchurian dry. He said someone new took the order so he got confused?? Did not leave one star only because of decent food taste. Else would have rated only one. Unaware staff asking for tips during bill payment to which I refused due to such poor service

Honestly this place is the most overhyped place of Hyderabad, the special tea costs 150₹ and special coffee costs 120₹. Nothing worth the price. No service as it has self service but before you get the order the service is bit messy, no one knows what they are attending to serve the correct order in less time. About special tea, nothing was special in it, i'd prefer ordinary tapri tea than this. About special coffee ufff it was just a Nescafe nothing else, nothing special in it, so better visit any cafe to have your coffee, atleast you can enjoy the service and ambience with quality of coffee. Bun maska, if you have eaten the bun maska in Pune then please do not try this as it is not up to the mark. Yeah the only thing I love was Rasmalai pastry, it was at 140₹ but yeah it was totally worth the price and the taste was delicious. - ₹ahul Mo₹e

I had a frustrating experience with the valet service at this location. From the moment I arrived, it was clear things were disorganized. There was no clear signage, and the valet staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. It took an unreasonably long time to retrieve my car, and no one could give me a straight answer on where it was or how much longer it would be. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem to keep proper track of keys or vehicle order, which is a basic expectation for any valet service. I left feeling frustrated and concerned about the safety of my vehicle. If you’re visiting, I’d recommend parking on your own if possible. Management really needs to get a handle on this before someone’s car is truly mishandled or damaged.

I really like going to Niloufer Cafe and I’m a frequent visitor. But off late their service hasn’t been great. During my last visit, they made me wait for over 15mins to serve tea and kept serving other people who came after me. I had to leave as they showed no interest in serving me even after reminding them a couple of times.

Place is pricy, but food is okay. Not worth the hype. Secondly staff is irresponsible and untrained, croissant was soggy and manager argued that its a soggy dish, i had to ask him to throw it. There are far better cafe’s around that place on the same price.

Very slow service, one dish had to wait 30 min. Disappointed with quality deteriorating- the Lebanese sandwich was soggy and had beetroot chunks thicker than the bread. No taste.. sad to see no supervisor there to spk to
