Dear Team District, I would like to report an issue I faced at one of the cafés while attempting to make a payment using District Money. My total bill amount was ₹840. However, the café staff informed me that District Money payments are accepted only for bills of ₹1000 or above and refused to process my payment through the District app. Due to this, I was forced to use an alternative payment method. I would like to clarify that: There was no prior notice or display mentioning a minimum bill value for District Money payments. If such a restriction exists, it should be clearly communicated within the app and at the outlet. Denying payment without transparent communication causes inconvenience and reduces trust in the platform. I request you to please: Clarify whether a minimum transaction value is officially mandated for District Money. Take appropriate action to ensure café staff follow uniform and transparent payment policies. Prevent such inconvenience to customers in the future.

I Visited the restaurant on 1st January. The food was good, but I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, Charanjeet. I requested a table reservation for 12 people and was told the waiting time would be 30 minutes. Inspite of several requests he rejcted. However, within 5 minutes, a table was given to another group when they asked after us. When I questioned this, Charanjeet responded with attitude and arrogance, behaved disrespectfully, and walked away without even listening to the concern. Such rude and unprofessional behaviour completely spoils the dining experience especially on new year, irrespective of how good the food is. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously .
