Had an inconvenient experience at California Burrito (GSM Mall) while ordering via District. I wasn’t treated disrespectfully, but I was not allowed to take my order as takeaway since the offer was restricted to dine-in. This wasn’t clearly communicated upfront, and given that the mall doesn’t have a comfortable dine-in setup, it defeats the purpose of ordering. Policies like these should be transparent before payment, so customers can make informed decisions.

Had BBQ paneer and chili chipotle chicken. Veg - BBQ paneer - rice bowl with toppings - rice, vegetables, garlic beans, corn salsa, lettuce and jalapeños Tastes good. Non veg - Chipotle chicken- tacos - rice, garlic beans, corn, vegetables, jalapenos and lettuce. Tastes good and must try. Sauces are extra, which could be given as complimentary. Overall ok.

I ordered Mushroom popcorn from CB which was not at all taste good and having so much oil and not worth for the amount paid for it. I think they have made it worst bcz the spices used for mushroom popcorn are pretty good but it’s having lots of oil, made it worst taste.

When saying for district payment offer the staff behaviour is bad. Only for customers without any offer they are providing good service..
