I visited California Burrito again after about two years. My last experience wasn’t great — I had shared some critical feedback back then because the taste just didn’t hit the mark. Surprisingly, this time around, things were noticeably better. The flavors were much improved, and the overall experience was more enjoyable. It felt like they’ve really taken steps to refine their offerings, which I appreciate. It’s always nice to see a place bounce back and improve over time. Glad I gave it another shot!

the sour cream was different from others and no water or drinks other than mexican sunrise and pink lemonade.. also they did not give a tray when I ordered two items.. I had to ask for it.

on 15th September I eat one regular bowl of chicken crispy ball. In California burrito, Punjagutta, next Galleria Mall, I got a Paneer size of plastic thing. I thought it’s a chicken and I ate it after eating. I have realised that is a rubber kind of thing and a small remaining part which I show to the working staff and they saw it and confirmed it’s a rubber and they try to compensate refund the money, but I refused it and store manager came. He want to tamper the evidence . I took a piece of it. In the next day, I suffer with stomach ache and I went to hospital. Doctor clearly said it is a food poison. I am attaching my files. My concern is this much repeated Company also not maintaining the hygiene The court should punish them

I often visit California Burrito, and this time I ordered a Crispy Mushroom Regular Bowl and Pink Lemonade at this location. However, the sweet corn in the bowl had a bad smell, and instead of mushrooms, they gave me just leftover battered coating without any actual mushrooms. When I pointed this out, they told me they had low stock and some issues with the mushrooms. To make up for it, they brought me a separate plate of mushrooms and apologized, asking me to accept it. Coming from a well-known brand, I didn’t expect such poor service. It seems like the branch manager isn’t paying attention to these issues at all.

I ordered for a rice bowl with barbecue chicken It’s totally deep fired and cold not sastified And I asked for extra chicken they said I need to pay I said it’s ok I’ll pay Even for that also they didn’t provide proper quantity of chicken Then what is the use of paying extra I’m not asking to give tomuch how much I’m paying for they I need chicken.

The staff behaviour is not friendly, the portion served is given in such a way that they are giving it for free, the food served is cold Over all it is not up to the mark
