I had an issue at California burrito Uppal as the staff was not that polite a more over free refill drinks were denied but support manager did call me a clarify to make sure this not happen again .

The cafe staff ignored us because we used a coupon. They did not explain the coupon properly. Our order total was ₹560, but the coupon maximum limit was ₹800. The staff told us the amount was full and did not guide us clearly. This was disappointing service.

Food was good but they did injustice for drinks. Online booking mentions unlimited drinks at this location but the staff said it's not available at this location.
