Had an excellent experience here! The service was outstanding—staff were polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our visit comfortable. Orders were taken promptly, food was served on time, and every request was handled with a smile. It’s rare to see such consistent and professional service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loved the Dining experience in casbah.Food,Ambience were great.The bartender Saiteja and team were not only super skilled but also so friendly and attentive. They really made us feel better and ensured we had a great time. Highly recommened

till this time we came dozen of times and enjoyed.this time a pre wedding function just ended. noise of construction ,wad difficult to talk. a couple next to us left. in a 5* hotel this shouldnt take place.dont allow to book while knowing end of function.

I visited Westin “Casbah” last night around 1:00 a.m. with my friend, and honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a so-called five-star property. The place itself might look decent, but nothing else is good. The staff and some individuals wearing jackets (possibly security or bar-related staff) behaved in a cheap, disgusting, and unethical manner. There was open eve-teasing, passing comments like “you look hot,” “you look ravishing,” and constant staring at women, including my sister and friends. This is NOT acceptable behavior toward customers under any circumstances. No staff member or anyone associated with the venue has the right to speak like this. Near the downstairs gate, people were standing around and continuing to pass bad comments whenever women walked by. It felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and extremely disrespectful. One man in a grey cheetah-print jacket was clearly involved in this behavior, openly commenting and discussing women with his group. These guys standing next ladies restroom to pass comment. On top of this nonsense, we paid ₹1800 for just two beers—for what, exactly? No service, no class, no safety, no respect. Absolutely not worth the money. I’ve been to many premium hotels and clubs, but I’ve never seen such cheap mentality in a place that claims this level of standard. This is pathetic, and if such behavior continues, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter legally.

This place is not worth a visit. They are not fair in their transactions. We went to this place by reservation on Zomato. We paid for the reservation .The discount was not applicable on drinks. This is the first restaurant ever that has a discount on food but not on drinks. They don't have minimum courtesy to apologize. They made us wait 20 minutes on repeated ask confirmed this.

This was my first time at Westin casbah, and it was quite a disappointing experience. Service: Poor, waiters even hesitated to change the plates and spoons post usage. Extremely slow service. They even forgot a couple of items that we had ordered. Menu: Very limited number of items, when I say limited, they literally had one curry for veg and non veg. Tasteless and very basic.

The service was pathetic, first of all we were served vodka when we asked for a water bottle (which was sealed). So really unsure how come a sealed water bottle contains vodka. The waiter took forever to take orders and food was very mediocre.

if you try to pay through district app they have this excuse it's only applicable for food . manager on duty doesn't know how to handle . pathetic. humiliating. I wish they had zero star to give
