Visited Churrolto and had a really great experience. Loved the churros, especially the add-ons, and the hot chocolate was excellent. Special thanks to Sai Kiran for the wonderful service. The complimentary dessert at the end was a pleasant surprise

AC wasnt cooling properly leading to an uncomfortable atmosphere. Ordered veg Spaghetti which had no salt initially which was then taken to be fixed. it came back and was much better in taste. however towards the end identified a metal wire piece in it. thankfully this didn't come in my kids serving. such mistakes are not acceptable in restaurants. ordered katsu curry paneer which was good but gravy qty was less. ordered churros finally. overall an underwhelming experience. food price not updated online. store had limited options and was out of gnocci n ravioli.

Churrolto is known for Churos and they didn’t have Churos. Also the spaghetti is was over and they gave us the left overs.
