A Disappointing Experience at Churrolto, Banjara Hills: Our recent visit to Churrolto on Banjara Hills Road 1 for an afternoon meal was unfortunately far from satisfying. Despite the occasion of their anniversary, which included complimentary churros, the overall execution left much to be desired. The complimentary churros, while a kind gesture, were inconsistent in quality. Although the exterior offered the expected crispness, the innermost portion was undercooked, resulting in an unpalatable texture. Hoping this was an isolated issue, I ordered an additional portion for takeaway, only to encounter the same inconsistency. The most significant disappointment, however, was their rendition of fish and chips. What arrived were minuscule bits, over-fried pieces of fish, almost dark brown and entirely unappetizing. This fell considerably short of expectations for even a casual offering. Furthermore, the buttermilk fried chicken was tougher than anticipated, lacking the tender succulence one expects from this classic. Even the seemingly straightforward peri-peri french fries missed the mark, with a spice blend that felt unbalanced and off. In summary, our experience at Churrolto was largely disappointing. While the anniversary churros were a nice thought, the quality of both their signature item and other menu offerings indicated a need for significant improvement.

the worst place or probably the last place someone can think of dining outside, literally the quality and the taste of food not apt for Indian palate and they do lot of mix and match such that u feel u r eating the same dish again we've ordered for, spring cheese filo parcels,buttermilk chicken, chicken rice bowl literally they served the rice bowl with same sauce and same chicken pieces that was given in the starter disgusting and to top this disappointing experience their service oh God what can I even say about their waiting time, being least bothered about the customer until the customer asks them for food getting frustrated over such long wait they respond not with patience but instead yell at the customer. The incident I am describing happened with the customer on the other table , the manager Mr.padmanabam literally Yells at the customer saying what do you want ,who the hell are you, get out of here ,while on the other side the customer asks for food after a wait of 45mins his tone his body language just shook my imagination of patience in people working in hospitality industry hold, maturity was shown by the chef atleast and he handled the situation wherein that's the responsibility of a manager,honestly I got an invite from this restaurant for complimentary dining on my birthday as I'm a corporate but this kind of service hell no, just hoping this review will be an eye opener for the owners or any concerned department of the restaurant Churrolto to work towards providing a better service

Extremely horrible service, we ordered one churro pops and they took more than an hour to give us the food. they completely forgot to take in our order for forty five minutes and finally started making it once we went and double checked. and finally when the food came the churros were burnt and not even worth the wait. would not recommend this location at all.

Ordered a biscoff dip for Churros but got a chocolate. Returned it twice but the waiter got the same dip back saying its biscoff… Also the waiting time was insane even when there were just 2 other people
