This place used to be my go to since this was estd. But now, it has lost it’s value. The waiters are not at all friendly. The waiter brought veg spring roll whereas I clearly told him “special” spring roll and he was adamantly arguing that we’ve ordered what he brought. He was not even sorry for what he’s done but still telling that we’ve ordered what he brought. Why will deliberately tell the wrong item from a menu which I know for these many years? This ruined the whole mood of eating for all of us. I’m sorry to say this to Atluri foods, Such kind of behaviour is not at all good for your customers. the quality of food is horrible, the quality of staff is also bad. we visited for breakfast. 1. early in the morning, the chutney's served with food were stale. 2. guntur idli had ghee, which was stinking and was absolutely non edible. 3. we found a long hair strand in one of your dishes, and on the request of the manager, we agreed to get it exchanged, thinking it's just by mistake. 4. then again, we found hair strands in the other two dishes. and that was it. cudnt stand that anymore.. never ever going to any of the chutney outlets ever again.

We went to have dinner. Service is very bad. Nobody is responding properly. Rava dosa served without chutneys. Starters just delivered and not served. Even the Manager is not bothered to answer properly. He says he is doing best and not bothered to answer properly

South Indian dishes are fine, but North Indian dishes are absolutely trash. Had Mutter paneer, which was bland and watery. They even managed to screw up a simple fresh lime soda. They made it so sour, that it tasted bitter after a point.

lost its charm is the single word. more than taste prices are on priority. and I dont want to talk about the demand of tips in such a rude and demanding manner which I have not seen recently in any decent place

We went with family and ordered paneer butter masala and kadai veg. There’s a cockroach in the curry. Moreover taste is worst and service is very very very bad. Never visit this restaurant
