They need to communicate about the buffet timings initially as it's not mentioned when you sign up from Zomato , otherwise all ok

We opted for the buffet and the food was manageable. Not worth the price for sure.

The buffet had no drink option. Even water bottle was charged. The staff deliberately didn't offer many things. Even dishes like fruits and ice cream were required to asked before offered. So obviously the service is either not Trained or Trained to save money. Live counter were unmanned until asked to be served. Next, there's no nearby handwash area. It takes 10min to go nearby washroom. I had better services in places cheaper than this to obviously it was disappointing.

We went for dinner buffet and it was so disappointing to see such bad food and service from them. Chicken was overcooked. Potatoes were under cooked. We ordered mixed sauce pasta from the live counter and pasta was under cooked. Steam rice had hardened. Few dishes lacked proper seasoning. It took them 20 minutes to bring one laccha paratha. Even the table was not properly cleaned. I was absolutely shocked to see this from a place like Hyatt. Really horrible!

Went there for lunch buffet on a Sunday. Service was really slow and bad. I had to ask for everything if that’s available in the buffet starting from drinks to ice cream. I came to know that they offer complimentary drinks only after watching the table next to me. Chefs were too casual and lazy that they don’t care about the quality of the food. Chat was served cold and the plates have dirt marks on most of them and we had to check for the clean ones every time. Starters were decent but cold. Chefs were playing around with dishes while having conversations between themselves and seems not bothered about people having their lunch.Water glasses were not clean and I had to ask for replacement in a 5 star hotel which is pathetic.i ordered ice cream and waited for 30 minutes but was not served so I decided to leave since nobody bothered. Utensils could be lot more better since some of them were worn out or broken which is unacceptable for Hyatt’s reputation.they came in the middle of our meal and asked for payment confirmation without waiting for us to finish our meal. Pathetic service. Soup didn’t had prawns in it and it was not hot as well. I asked them for a corner table for 2 but they told it’s occupied and we could see that table being vacant till we left.They took almost 15-20 minutes to serve us drinks and I had to wait at live counters since they donot have plates. Really disappointed with the service they offered for a 5 star property/restaurant.
