We ordered a couple of items on the dessert menu, I must say all the items we ordered were great especially Chocolate Affagato and tiramisu Would definitely come back to try more on the menu.

the first time I went to Cocncu. There is a serene, elegant atmosphere here. There was a pretty good, roomy indoor sitting arrangement. Despite the fact that their selection of deserts is diverse and delicious. The Banofie pie I had. It cost about Rs 250 plus taxes. Tasted wonderful. Less crust and an overly sweet creamy top layer made up the top layer. The way they make it, I suppose. It was extremely green there, and the outdoor seating looked nice. You'll enjoy it more if you go in the evening.

**Late Post** I have been here last year and had enjoyed the place..I've been here multiple times and tried the honey finger, banana walnut cake, macarons, and the pastries.. This place is usually crowded and has great desserts. I always see it over-occupied but i totally love the ambience here and the feel to sit and order here

Excellent place. Great ambience. Awesome food. Service started off well but by end it reached a shocking situation of the server showing me bill on his mobile and asking me to pay and only then he will get the hard copy. I really didn’t understand y

Best pancakes I had in the city! But was let down by the staff and payment process where we have to pay before eating, felt very strange.

Service is poor and the staff at the Road No.14 Banjara Hills outlet is arrogant. Went there today and ordered at the counter. They have a big menu on the wall at the right hand side. Under burgers while for veg burgers they have a green sign for the non veg burgers they have a red sign. For this burger named “The Ohri-ginal Burger” they have neither and no description either. So I tell the guy at the counter that I would like this burger and I want it in veg. I in fact told him twice. God knows what the guy is doing but he looks at me, nods and goes ahead and places the order. We pay for it in advance and they serve me a non-veg burger. I go back to the counter and complain. The guy who fed in the amount at the bill counter feigns ignorance. Then I start explaining the whole thing to this bearded guy in a white striped shirt at the counter and then he says there must have been some miscommunication. Agrees that we can order something else and that he would adjust the differential on the price. I gathered the chapter is closed even though I was unhappy. I come back later to reorder and then there is another guy in a green shirt on the counter talking in suave English. I tell him that the differential in the price has to be adjusted against the next order. The guy smiles cockily and says it cant be done because this burger is a non veg burger and that it’s my mistake I ordered this burger. And then we go through this whole song and dance routine again. I have to point to the wall with the menu. Show them that there is no sign or description. Tell them about earlier poor service in their restaurant. Even tell them that this is absolutely terrible and that I intent to write a negative review. The guy says go ahead and write it! Wow!! – what fabulous courtesy to a customer!!! - Finally after we raise our voice he agreed to adjust the amount and said that he will have an internal discussion with his staff. These guys don’t even have the basic courtesy of apologizing for a mistake and don’t realize their arrogance will only make them lose customers. One pays top dollar at a place like Concu for quality food and great service. But it appears at this particular outlet that they think they are so big that it doesn’t matter. So be it then Concu Road No.14 Banjara Hills. Here is the review for customers to know what to expect. If you’re going to concu choose another outlet!

Pizza was very bad, additionally they don’t provide wifi and the valet refused to park the vehicle in the shade and asked me to do so myself. To top it off they do not have a customer feedback mechanism in place. This is how businesses tend to decline.
