If you're a chocolate lover, and you don't mind some ice cream with it, well this franchise is the best place to visit and grab an ice cream. I ordered a willy wonka ice cream and Death By Chocolate Sundae, and omg I can literally die in peace! Willy Wonka consisted of 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, crushed with choco chips, brownie, wafers. And it was a delicious thing to have! Death by Chocolate consisted of 2 scoops, one of vanilla and one of chocolate ice cream, along with brownie and a lot of chocolate fudge! I requested for extra chocolate and they added as much as i wanted the chocolate to be put on! Overall i had an amazing delicious and slurpy time having this ice cream!

The most amazing ice creams ever .. although there are other branches of creamstone too but the service here is really appreciable and the staff is friendly . Justifying the real taste . All the flavours are a must try . My personal favourites are ferrero rocher , death by chocolate and fruit exotica

Amazing Ice cream creations by Cream Stone. Beware, once you taste the icecream here, well no other icecream shop will meet your expectations. The flavour of the month should always be on your order list. My favourites. Nutello Ferro and Death by chocolate.....and ofcourse the list goes on.. :D Looks like I have to leave now for Creamstone now.... Food: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Service: 4/5

This is the worst cream stone in Hyderabad. It is the only franchise branch in Hyderabad. Never ever try in this branch, better come to Kukatpally junction and have your favourite flavour there.

we have visited the cream stone branch kukatpally and we have ordered 1 willy Wonka and 1 Kala Jamun as we sittied unfortunately the cup of ice-cream were fallen down on our table as per cream stone policy when ice-cream was not taken by customer as ot fallen the outlet should offer an replacement but when waiter accepted to give the man on the ice-cream desk who giving instructions to the boys over here he got into an argument with the waiter who accepted the replacement and they got into discussion within them which were inconvenient to all over here as an responsibility of cream stone management you have to take an action on him and the stuff we are paying for great customer service not for only ice-cream or other stuff and they ended up by giving scoop of ice cream were because of we got started asking them what's going on as a responsibility outlet holder you have to take action on this also I want to mention that manager of the store were also standed over there by seeing this all but there is no response from his side hope you guys will respond on this thank you

Very worst experience with cleaning and receiving and making ...no parcel available, No swiping and extra taxes, u need to include the rates with taxes in menu
