In the dining hall there are around 30 customers but only one serving person. That's why I have taken my order.

A must-visit chain of ice cream parlours in Hyderabad..love their innovative combinations & rich flavours. However, I was disappointed to find out that Cream Stone has reduced its offering quantities for the same prices.

First of all no hygiene preference, can't find any handwash or even sanitiniser not provided. Ordered nut overload. Waffle itself is smaller than other creamstone branches. Nuts are added sparingly and when requested to add more nuts, got looks and just two almond bits added along with their response that there is additional charge for more toppings. Pathetic service and would never visit again to this store. Clearly they are underdping what other stores are doing.

Please don't order Tiramisu. It tastes exactly like the coffee bite toffee. Damn expensive coffee bite. Willy Wonka was good. We went to have ice cream at 11:30 PM and yet they didn't rush us to finish our ice creams quickly and leave - that was nice.

I have personally come here for a take away. After having specified that i need a item (willy wonka) with additional topping, the whole flavour itself was exchanged with some other parcel. Highly irresponsible people. Don’t know how many zomato and swiggi coping.

Very bad service, ordered 2 ice creams and the they bought the wrong one, again they took 20 min to make the order... Server looks very lazy
