The tables are not being cleaned proactively. Only when we are asking them to clear the table, they are clearing the left overs of the previous customers who sat there. The tables should be cleaned with proper liquid disinfectant which they are not doing.

The ambience are not neatly kept even after saying to be cleaned. They were done just superficial and we have to wait so much time to call a person to order they will say at the counter. Please be seated. We will send person, but the person is not so aware on who is waiting.

The behaviour of the staff was disappointing. I went with my cousins n when we were entering the seating area, they said it's only for family but there were already couples sitting. when questioned the staff, they replied rudely. I have decided not to visit the branch again.

staff were unprofessional and not willing to add toppings on ..and ice cream quantity was less.. for which they charged 240 rs ( VDC icecream) ..I would have had 1liter Amul chocolate ice-cream for that price...non sense cream stone..

No doubt, the taste and concept of this place are excellent. However, Nithin at the cash counter seriously lacks basic customer service etiquette — his behavior completely ruined the overall experience.

The litchi ice cream was below my expectations and the mangoes on mr alponso were smelling bad and not even chopped properly that not how you serve someone when you charge this price

They say they are not accepting zomato dining. And have requested to take the outlet down for over a month now. I dont know whom to believe. One of the worst experiences-ever had.
