Dropped by Creamstone Concerts, Vinayak Nagar, Gachibowli, and honestly… it hit all the right notes . The place is super clean, bright, and inviting—basically the kind of vibe where you can chill with ice cream guilt-free. The menu? Endless! From seasonal specials to fruit-based flavors, it felt like a mini-concert of choices (and yes, I wanted to try them all 🙈). Ended up with a flavor bomb that was totally worth it. Shoutout to the staff—friendly, patient, and always ready with suggestions. Service like that makes the whole experience even sweeter. Perfect spot for anyone who takes ice cream as seriously as I do.

We tried the waffles and cheesy fries, and both turned out to be surprisingly delicious. What stood out the most was the exceptional taste of the fries, which is quite impressive for a brand best known for its ice creams.

We had Paya soup, raagi sankati+natu kodi and fish, all of them are tasty. The Ambience is fantastic.

very crowded and badly maintained place. there was water leakage on one side and on the other hand, very poor management of Orders .. everything was delayed and looked chaotic!

CreamStone Gachibowli is a disgusting store, the online deliveries always miss one or the other items. Please do not order from this store. Their contact number also doesn’t work. They are cheating the customers.

Even after the payment option available on Zomato, Venkatesh store manager, declined to take payment. This is not something expected from Zomato and cream stone both. Poor service.

Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting place. Flies and insects everywhere. Taste is okay but a bit overpriced. Charging 18% GST instead of 5%.
