Coffee shop called daily treats in westin they have awesome pastries and good service especially Vinay, Moulidhar, Shankar are very pleasent and friendly . Have experienced good service from them and alfresco is One of the best place which I visited.... Thank you Westin

The Westin mind space hyderabad is highly famous for its ambienc-food-service ! It's quite good being there . Kind of positive vibes all around ! It's divided into 6 different parts with Different cusines ! What I got to visit was Daily Treats to Have Cheesecake ! It's totally yummy and mouthwatering 😍😍. Price being a bit high is compensated with the taste ! Would love to visit the place again and try new flavours ! Thankyou for the service , Westin Hyderabad !

Just about last night, Late night we were craving some beers and deserts, We visited Weston, Daily treat.. This is there 24/7 cafe , we had some beers and some delicious pastries.... Good staff... Only issue they didn't take any food order , being a 5 star its an basic expectation to get food 24/7

Enjoyed a coffee and a nice rest before my spa appointment. Nice starters, chicken 65 was very nice. Good service by Moulidhar and Vijay. Nice cocktails.

We made a reservation at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace for Daily Treats. The food and service were good, and we appreciated the hospitality. However, we had a disappointing experience during the payment process. While making the payment, the hotel team informed us that they were unable to accept payment through the online portal/folio due to a technical issue. If there was an issue with the payment system, the discount or online folio option should have been removed earlier and the booking should have been processed as a regular reservation. Later, the hotel team apologized and offered an additional discount, which I declined. Even the Zomato customer care team provided a similar explanation. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. Customers should not face such issues after completing a booking through an online platform. It feels unfair and misleading to customers.

I ordered a custom cake from the Westin bakery and during the process put in time and thought communicating with the pastry chef and I was very happy with the resultant cake.  However the staff behind the counter ruined the entire thing. They thoughtlessly put the cake into a box that was too small and ended up crushing all of the icing detail on the top of the cake. I ended up paying $$$$ for a completely useless custom cake. Further, when I realised this a few hours later I called up the pastry chef and he was unhelpful, blamed the F&B staff and offered no solution. He has still not provided me with the information to lodge a formal complaint. Don't order from here, there are plenty of other custom cake shops that will do better by your money.

Visited Daily Treats at Hitech City Westin on 9/05/2026 at 1.15AM. The team initially refused to accept payment through the District app. Ms. Sudhapa (Manager) mentioned that payments from the app are delayed and cancellation of the partnership is under process. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing because users should not suffer due to internal commercial or settlement issues between the hotel and the platform. After a long argument, the payment was finally accepted. If the app is still active and accepted at your outlet, customers should not be denied service or made uncomfortable at the billing counter. Requesting the management to address this immediately and ensure staff handle such situations professionally.
