Aresh Love New This is with regard to my Dinner at Deccan Pavilion.Whar a warm generous & warm hospitality from the staff overall.As usual lots of Love from my ITC CHAIN 🧡🧡 Couldn't have left without acknowledging the services of Manish Thakur the Restaurant In charge who leads from the front with his smiling face & generous endeavours,Riaz the Supervisor,Rody & Harijul the associates who are so warm & ofcourse Cheuf Rishi & Asif to get my Biryani perfectly made the way I prefer.I highly recommend this place to one & all. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Each bite reflected quality and effort. Along with the amazing food, the gesture from the staff was truly heartwarming. Their kindness and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable. Such gestures make a big difference and show true hospitality. I will definitely remember this place for both the food and the warmth they showed just love itt💗 One of the staff members kindly provided a hook holder for my bag, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Amazing spread for their brunch, and every dish was a Chef’s kiss! The hospitality was a trademark, special mention: Manisha Chetri led by Deepanshi! It was my wife’s birthday, the complimentary cake that they prepared stole our hearts and that was because the flavour was different from all cakes that were on the house!! A memorable experience overall beckoning for more!

Had a wonderful dinner with my family. The food was delicious, the ambience was elegant, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. We had a great dining experience, and everything was well organized. Highly recommend this hotel for a family dinner. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

we had an utterly disappointing experience at Deccan Pavilion’s buffet, easily one of the worst I’ve ever had. For a restaurant of ITC’s repute, the standards were shockingly low. The dining area was nearly empty, with just 5-6 guests, which should’ve been a red flag. Not a single dish stood out—every item was either cold or barely lukewarm, including the soup. The non-veg starter served was identical to what was being prepared at the live counter, showing a complete lack of variety or effort. Service was abysmal; we had to repeatedly remind the staff for basic items despite the sparse crowd. The food quality was consistently poor, with no dish worth mentioning. Even the desserts were lackluster, failing to salvage the experience. To top it off, they refused a simple request for white sauce pasta, asking us to order it à la carte instead. For a buffet priced over ₹2000 per person, this level of inflexibility is unacceptable. Deccan Pavilion needs a serious overhaul. I will never dine here again and strongly advise others to steer clear. Save your money and appetite for a place that cares about its guests.

When booking I had mentioned that it was my brothers birthday, yet they refused to give us a cake. There was barely any staff who we could talk to or help us at the table. Horrible service. Totally ruined my brothers birthday. I always had a good opinion about grand Kakatiya, but now that is forever changed. Will NEVER come back to this place again, and won’t recommend it also.

As they got to know that booking is thru zomato they increased the buffet charges..! What's the whole point of going thru zomato..! Not worth the money
