The service was underwhelming. We ordered a full chicken dum biryani and a bottle of water. Never received the water, even after reminding the server who was serving the biryani. Still, the water bottle cost was added to the bill, which was removed when I explained it wasn't given to us the chicken was dry. Service was quick.

Had one of the worst dining experiences at this hotel today between 1 PM and 2 PM. When I arrived, the hotel was completely empty, and I was the first customer. However, customers who arrived after me were served before me, while I was repeatedly asked to wait for just 5 more minutes. Those 5 minutes eventually turned into almost an hour of waiting for a single order. Despite arriving first and patiently waiting, I was made to feel as though my order was being ignored. I eventually ended up being the last customer to leave. The delay and lack of proper service were extremely disappointing. Customers deserve to be treated fairly and kept informed about delays rather than being repeatedly asked to wait without any resolution. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both its order management and customer service. I would not want anyone else to go through the same experience.

I have Visited the place, Food Taste is not at all good and there is no proper maintenance and they were not serving the food properly they gives all the items at time , at the time of eating one by one it went to cold stage
