One of the most instgrammable ice cream outlet located at himayat nagar, dumount icecream serves a variety of seasonal and customised ice creams. The ice creams to be tried : 1. Lotus biscoff ice cream with butter scotch toppings 2. Dutchmens chocolate brownie ice cream , this was just yumm. 3. Blueberry cheese cake a creamy ice cream made with blueberry chunks. 4. I also tried their signature special festive cake with thats a tasty combo of hot fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream overloaded with chocolate fudge this was the best and a must try. 5. Seasonal special mango ice cream this was amazing. Then even serves very refreshing ice cream shakes definetly try the dumont chocolate shake.

Ice creams are delicious and more creamy.. Loved the flavours.. Ambience is too good.. Suitable for al the age groups..

There are many ice cream places in the busy himayatnagar area. But this new place stands out for its unique ice cream flavors. They have three shades chocolate, maple shortbread, chocolate orange, festive cake, filter coffee, etc. I have visited many places but have never tried such flavours. The place is full of pastel colours, has cute interiors on the top floor along with seating. There are bean bags, ice cream truck, small swings, ideal for friends to take selfies or for nice chit chat. The staff is friendly and they allow you to try multiple flavors. The ice cream is served in cones or cups. After trying, we ordered three shades of chocolate and caramel toffee crunch. Both were tasty. Rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly and gives good suggestions. Worth a try if you want different flavours if ice cream.

Good food. Great ambiance, great for Instagramers, though a tad on the cozier side. Crisp air-conditioning though it's to be expected from a new establishment. Staff are great and let you try multiple flavours before you finally decide.

Disappointing Experience at Dumont Creamery – Himayat Nagar I recently visited the Dumont Creamery outlet in Himayat Nagar after seeing an advertisement on the Zomato District app offering 25% off. Based on that, I decided to go there, expecting the brand to honor what was promoted. But once I finished placing my order, the staff told me that they are not accepting Zomato District offers. They said it’s “not valid as of now” and gave some internal reasons — but none of this was mentioned anywhere clearly. If the offer isn’t valid, then why advertise it? This kind of misleading promotion is really disappointing, especially from a well-known brand like Dumont. It made me feel uncomfortable and put in a position where I had to argue or just pay the full amount (₹480) for something I expected a discount on. Honestly, what’s the point of going to a branded franchise if they don’t respect customers or honor their own promotions? I could’ve gone to a local shop and had a smoother experience without all this confusion and discomfort. Final thoughts: Ice cream quality is good, no complaints there. But customer trust matters more than just taste. Please fix your communication and don't mislead customers with fake or inactive offers.
