The food and staff at this restaurant is really good and would definitely recommend trying their buffet breakfast .The staff go out of the way to make you feel comfortable ,the restaurant manager and the all the staff made it a very comfortable experience for me .Definitely coming back to this restaurant soon .

The lunch buffet was so good. Better and much more options than the last buffet I had in the Pavilion, ITC Maurya, New Delhi.

Tried the Sunday lunch buffet at Encounters, Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, and the experience was overall quite pleasant. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and the ambience truly stood out—elegant, serene, and reflective of the Taj brand’s premium feel. The spread had a good variety of drinks to choose from, and the starters and main course were satisfactory, though it was slightly disappointing to see no Pan Asian options like noodles or fried rice included in the buffet. The live grill counter was a nice touch with well-prepared items that added depth to the overall spread. The dessert section was decent, and the ice cream was particularly enjoyable—smooth, flavorful, and a perfect finish. Special shoutout to Anil from the staff who ensured attentive and friendly service throughout. A delightful lunch experience overall, with a tasteful mix of elegance, service, and quality.

Visited this place for lunch on my birthday. The place was super packed while we reached there. Soup was mediocre. Coming to starters, chicken was not great, although fish was good and loved the papad panner which was crispy and super tasty and followed by some Chinese which were decent too. Main course was also fine with the breads served on table followed by some biryani which went well too. Loved their desserts as it had my favorite double ka meetha follower my many varieties which had chocolate mousse, Rasmalai and few more. The service was good and the ambiance is top notch, but who serves pudina chutney on a pizza? That’s quite appalling honestly and I really hope they bring back their original Barbeque chicken pizza which was the major draw

During our stay at Taj Krishna, we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel's restaurant. The buffet featured a variety of Indian and Continental dishes, although we noticed that the menu mostly consisted of Indian cuisine. The selection of food was average, and to be honest, the taste didn't quite meet the high standards we expected from Taj. Having visited many Taj hotels in the past, we felt that the food here was lacking in flavor. While the breakfast was satisfactory, our overall dining experience was just okay.

I went with my family on my birthday. I just wanted to give them a Taj experience, the waiters didn't even have the courtesy to remove the plates when asked to do so. We just kept waiting. Buffet didn't have many items, and none tasted good.. I should taken my family to another restaurant atleast for great experience and my day would have been great... Non veg was pretty bad. My family was very disappointed.

Bad and Should Be Avoided Taj Krishna’s dinner buffet was one of the worst decisions I’ve made in recent times. I booked a room with a half-board package (including breakfast and dinner/lunch), and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. First day, the dinner buffet was poorly arranged, with a limited selection and subpar flavors. The food wasn’t just lacking seasoning—it was outright bad. Second day, the starters were slightly better, though the tandoori chicken was served cold (which they replaced upon request immediately). I was offered their so-called “best pizza in town,” supposedly comparable to one from Naples. To my surprise, it took them 35 minutes to serve a rock-hard, cardboard-like pizza with bland toppings. If this is their idea of a good pizza, they should consider offering dental insurance with it. Breakfast: It was mostly decent, thanks to the one person who actually knew how to cook—whoever was making the eggs. The scrambled eggs with cheese were excellent, and the oat milk coffee was delicious. On the second morning, I ordered eggs Benedict and explicitly instructed the manager (the one in glasses) to exclude meat. Despite multiple reminders, it was served with ham, and I inadvertently consumed some of it. When I pointed it out, instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concern, stating that eggs Benedict typically comes with meat. What, then, was the point of my request? Had I been a strict vegetarian, Muslim, or someone with religious dietary restrictions, this would have been far more than just an inconvenience. Taj Krishna’s buffet is overpriced, poorly executed, and managed with little regard for customer preferences. Avoid it at all costs.

Waste of money.. poor hospitality, food taste was pathetic and buffet menu doesn't make much sense. I went there with dineout reservation and they straight away rejected it and made us wait for 30min.
