Amazing spread for their brunch, and every dish was a Chef’s kiss! The hospitality was a trademark, special mention: Manisha Chetri led by Deepanshi! It was my wife’s birthday, senior citizen parents accompanied us, the complimentary cake that they prepared stole our hearts and that was because the flavour was different from all cakes that were on the house!! A memorable experience overall beckoning for more!

It honestly didn’t feel like a Sheraton experience at all—it felt more like an ordinary restaurant. The buffet was just okay and definitely not worth ₹3,000 per person. The tables were not clean, neighbouring tables were left unattended, and the used dishes were simply left as they were. The overall service and ambience did not match the expectations one would have from a Sheraton property. If you’re looking for a buffet, there are plenty of much more affordable options that offer a better overall experience. Unfortunately, this was not worth the price we paid.

Spread wasn’t as good as expected for the price they charge. Air conditioning isn’t effective. We expected a brunch menu on the buffet but it was an ordinary lunch buffet with minimal spread.

Worst experience. There is no transparency in billing. They charge a higher amount than what is shown on apps like District. They charged ₹9,000 for 2 adults and 1 child.
