I went to the new branch recently, the staff was really attentive and kind, I loved the food and the ambience, I'd definitely go here again. I don't know what there ar eso many bad reviews, the music is really fun as well. The waiter serving us was really sweet, good experience.

Feranoz is easily one of the best cake places I’ve in Hyderabad. Each cake is a carefully baked masterpiece. Love their French vanilla strawberry and blueberry cake as well as chocolate caramel cake. Taste is unmatched!! Absolute delight.

We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza along with a peach salt mocktail, and both were absolutely worth it. The pizza came loaded with generous amounts of cheese and chicken—each bite was rich and satisfying. What really stood out was the base: soft, fluffy, and incredibly tasty. If you're someone who prefers a hearty, doughy crust over the thin crust trend, this place delivers just that. No gimmicks—just genuinely good pizza made right. The peach salt mocktail complemented the meal perfectly. Refreshing, well-balanced, and a great palate cleanser between cheesy bites. Highly recommended for pizza lovers who appreciate a soft, flavorful base and quality toppings. TBH Pain au chocolat was okayish!! I’ve had better so I won’t suggest it if you’re only going for this dessert.

chicken Alfredo pasta is very good and the crunchy chicken burger is also very good. But don't try Virgin Mojit it tastes like a centre for chewing gum.

We visited Feranoz newly opened branch and to be very honest the service was really average, when we entered there was no person to book tables so we directly walked in and when we were almost about to sit the person came and was like no the table is reserved, on asking him where was he when we entered he was like he was busy attending others. Which we felt was very rude when we were just about to sit and he refused. The person serving us was also rude and he did not attend us with grace or courtesy and felt like he was doing it forcefully. Coming to food it was very average have had way better pasta and cheese cake. Food 2.5 Service 2 Ambience 4

It was a slightly below average place and yes it was disappointing. For instance they make butter croissants but if you ask them some butter for the toast they gave you, the answer would be “we don’t keep butter” !! Secondly, the food was average in general except for the butter croissant. Lastly, we went in the morning and I’ve repeatedly asked them to make the room temperature cooler since it was getting hot, but nothing happened. Either they didn’t feel that hot or their air conditioning doesn’t supports well to cool the room. I will sadly not be coming here again.

The croissants and White Chocolate Choux were soggy - I never had this problem when I ordered from the other branch. The Calzone was mid. Belgian Hot Chocolate was good

Minus 10 if I can give This is how they deliver pizza. And stale food. It’s actually the second time happening to us. Very disappointing esp with the hype this place has. Once is a mistake Twice is a blunder My Kids stomach is upset since evening I wouldn’t blame the delivery person at all. It’s the cafe which has to pack it well and hand over and instruct the delivery person. When I questioned the delivery executive this is what he told ‘ how will we know what is inside the package mam, we deliver how it’s given to us “ Don’t fall for the Instagram hype being created for this cafe
