⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | An Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Firdaus If you are looking for the pinnacle of Hyderabadi fine dining, Firdaus at Taj Krishna is in a league of its own. My recent visit was nothing short of spectacular, blending regal ambiance with flavors that tell a story. The Food The menu is a masterful tribute to Nizami cuisine. Every dish felt curated and deeply authentic: Haleem & Kebabs:The texture of the Haleem was silky and rich, while the kebabs were succulent, melting away the moment they were served. The Biryani: Frequently a "make or break" dish, the Biryani here is easily the best in the city—perfectly spiced, aromatic, and the meat was incredibly tender. Desserts: Ending the meal with their signature Khubani ka Meetha was the perfect sweet crescendo to a heavy, flavorful meal. The Service: What truly sets Firdaus apart, however, is the exceptional service by Kenneth. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us with a level of warmth and professional grace that is rare to find. They were highly knowledgeable about the menu, offering tailored recommendations based on our spice preferences. The attention to detail and the "Taj touch" made us feel like royalty throughout the evening. Final Verdict: Whether you are a local or a traveler, Firdaus is a "must-visit." It isn't just a dinner; it's a sensory experience that justifies its reputation. I cannot wait to return!

Firdaus is truly a gem at Taj Krishna, offering not just food but an entire dining experience. The ambience is elegant and refreshing, with lush green surroundings visible through the wide windows, creating a serene backdrop that makes your meal even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely fantastic – flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. The set menu is highly recommended, as it gives you a chance to explore a wide variety of dishes in one sitting. Among the highlights, the appetizers and their signature Hyderabadi Biryani stand out as must-try items. The desserts are equally delightful and provide a perfect sweet ending to the meal. What really elevates the experience is the top-notch service – courteous, attentive, and warm, making you feel genuinely taken care of. Whether you’re visiting for a family outing, a business dinner, or a special occasion, Firdaus strikes the right balance of luxury, comfort, and authentic flavors. ⭐️ Must Try: Appetizers, Hyderabadi Biryani, and Desserts ⭐️ Recommendation: Go for the Set Menu to enjoy a wholesome experience A perfect blend of great food, royal ambience, and impeccable service – Firdaus is undoubtedly one of the finest dining destinations in Hyderabad.

We really loved the food at Firdaus and service of all support staff and management-especially Chef Jahangir Khan and Kenneth, who were excellent!! Our Son loved playing with Kenneth and he was a very nice host! We had all our meals at Firdaus as the vegetarian food here was excellent and much beyond our expectations Everything we tried here is worth a praise, we tried the Veg Kebab Platter (Paneer Tikka was too good), Dal Makhani, Papad Wale Kofte , Garlic Naan, Pudina Paratha and Butter Kulcha ! The Veg Hyderabadi Biryani was nice too, especially the Salan! Everything excellent! The Desserts chef sent for us as compliments were very nice as well- Double ka meetha which was a unique version of shahi tukda and kulfi tasted great! They also have a live gazal in the evening which made the ambience pleasant and a memorable experience! Firdaus will probably be one of the best restaurants where we have visited!!

Celebrated my son’s first birthday here and im so delighted and happy with the service! Especially Mr Manas and his team along with the sous chef Mr Jahangir. They all did a great work! Equally looked after each and everyone, catered every need and all the request fulfilled with extra effort. The food service was fast! The seating, ambience, the qawwali was soothing and calm. It was one very good decision to celebrate my son’s first birthday here. The food was authentic mughlai, will not find a better mughlai food other than Firdaus. French fries and malai chicken was served for the kids according to their taste buds! There’s so much to say, all in all thanks for making it special!

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I went for lunch 2 days back and we had the non veg set menu. I was completely blown away. The food was exceptional as was the service. Each and every dish was of the highest quality and taste. Shorba, Galauti kababs, Nizami Handi, Mutton and chicken, Dal, Haleem, Double and Khubani ka meetha. Top class. Little expensive but completely worth it.

The food was exceptional and exquisite to say the least. Better still was the world-class service thanks to Mr. Kenneth Reddy.

the place truly is a Star property. I went for the first time. food is good. kebabs exemplary. biryani just ok as the Indian palette needs more. the price list or new menu must be updated on Zomato. shocker was the price. on Zomato menu reads 2800 for shahi dawat where as price last night as per the menu was 3999/- huge difference. in a group treat the difference can become very big. Let Zomato users be made aware of updated menu and pricing pS- live Ghazal singing is a value addition

We were there to entertain an expat who wanted to try Indian dinner for the first time, and the overall experience left me embarrassed. The breads were chewy and not even warm. The service was horribly slow and they kept forgetting our orders. The food was okay but they didn’t pay much heed to our requests They also gotta improve their sound system. It’s very unbecoming of a restaurant that is supposed to be premium. Dhabas have better service The manager tried his best to cater to us, so props ro him

The place is overhyped and not worth to celebrate your special day! The very first thing that went wrong and they really need to take note of this is booking system, the website claim to give you an online booking confirmation but when you ask the restaurant (a flawed , tiresome & tedious process) wherein you call the reception they redirect you and then make you wait for ages finally for someone to come on line & attend your call to tell you that no online booking are taken, they have no clue that website has a provision for reservation ( don’t know who’s at fault here) but definitely not the customers fault!!!! Second thing the manager seems quite excited and enthusiastic on call but in reality when it comes to service it’s hopeless they really need to learn how to treat a customer right which was a shocker for me as I’m Taj inner circle member & over the years have witnessed impeccable Taj hospitality which they are famous for unfortunately can’t say the same for the Manager or overall experience at Firdaus. Third it was our anniversary and we were made to feel so stupid on our special occasion wherein despite confirming from Manager beforehand we were given a table which looked like a make shift arrangement & it was also confirmed with Manager for a cake but by the end of it we were left unattended and no cake was presented, totally ruined my surprise and mood for special occasion. The food was average not something to look forward to. The environment was dull & boring. Never ever recommending this place to anyone in my circle
