Went here (quiet randomly) today around 1 PM for lunch. The outlet was pretty empty and we were greeted by the staff gleefully. The ambiance is decent, pale yellow lights and pleasant instrumental music in the background. The service is quick. We ordered HotnSour soup and Manchow soup. (Latter was better than the former) Skipping starters we ordered Adrak Paneer and roti's for main course, which was absolutely delicious. Thick creamy and rich gravy, soft paneer chunks, topped with ginger julienne. Flavourful Fragrant. The quantity was more than sufficient for the two of us. Overall, it was a good experience.

Food was good.. not outstanding.. service was pathetic.. We had Idly, butter dosa and special thali.. none of the instructions asked to made the dosa kid friendly were passed on to the chef by the waiting staff.. during the complete course of thali.. we had to ask for service and food to be brought multiple times.. some thali items weren't even served until we specifically asked for

Today I ordered Tristar special thali and was charged Rs 291.00 . But they sent South Indian thali (₹220/) and charged for special thali. I am very much disappointed and the quantity was not enough even for 👸one person. I never expected this from Taj Tristar at all. For the mistake you did you must send us free special meal. We paid rs 291.75

Very expensive food Not recommended Biryani taste is not good at all and less quantity for the high price Regarding sweets and other items like paratha and curry are very costly and they serve less quantity but taste is good

Ordered a plate poori korma via swiggy around 7.40am and got stale over night korma with foul smell.   How can  a reputed hotel can do this ?Its really disappointing when you pay 110rs per plate and end up getting stale food. Called the place and it seems they are used to this type of irregularities ,As they started to play blame game on the chef and then the delivery guy and when confronted they admitted the wrong doing and offered a replacement ,But i lost the trust already and i strongly recommend not to order or dine in at this place . 0 rating

ordered for Rawa dosa at the dine in... it was a bad version of paper dosa... wafer thin and too crispy to eat. When we spoke to the captain about it... he only gave excuses... horrible experience

Opted for buffet however it was served cold. When asked to serve hot the staff did not even respond. It was kitty party and the food was pathetic . Staff were not good enough. Never opt for buffet.

Never order/dine from this restaurant , most of the times the items are missing in the order, once I visited the hotel as well and found staff to be very lethargic and the food was stale.

Cold idli, poor service, foul smell in the restaurant. Stale onion pakoda. Bad service and food for the past few visits. Bad service overall.

Changed few traditional items style and taste... it has totally spoilt the experience. Hope they revert back to old menu
