We recently visited Flechazo for a buffet experience, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations especially considering the price point. Starting with the positives, the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. They took good care of us throughout the visit, and their hospitality was the only highlight of the experience. However, the food was quite disappointing. For a buffet in this price range, the quality felt below average. Compared to other buffet restaurants in the city, the overall spread and cuisine seemed outdated. Additionally, several items mentioned on the menu were either unavailable or very difficult to locate. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper organization and guidance. There were no clear signboards or indicators showing which dishes were available at which counters. It felt like a “treasure hunt” trying to find basic items whether it was pani puri, pizza, or other dishes. Because of this, we ended up missing out on quite a few items that were supposedly part of the menu. The ambience is fairly average and doesn’t particularly stand out. Overall, considering the price and comparing it to other buffet options in the city, the experience falls short. The rating is mainly for the staff and their service. In terms of food, it’s not something I would recommend. There are definitely better buffet options available in the same segment.

half of the menu was not there. non veg starters only one dish was fine while the other dishes had wrotten smell like as if it was few weeks old. the food was below average there was no salt or masala in food!! it was just plain tasteless food. the only edible thing here was deserts other than that everything else was a waste.

literally faced worst experience, food is not on time, we have to remind them to bring dishes and waiters dnt no complimentary mocktails are there to serve each and everything we have to remind them. Taste is not at all good..
