I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the flower delivery I received The condition of the flowers was completely unacceptable and far below the quality you promise on your website. The bouquet looked nothing like the image shown while placing the order. Instead of fresh, vibrant flowers, I received a bunch of dull, old, and wilted ones. Some were completely dried out, and many were buds that were already dead and clearly will never bloom. The size of the arrangement was also shockingly small – nowhere near what was advertised. This experience has not only caused disappointment but has also embarrassed me, as this was intended as a thoughtful gift. Your brand markets itself around delivering happiness and quality, but this experience has been the opposite.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend. the delivery guy lied and said that he tried to reach me and my friend but both didn't answer. we got no calls and flowers were not delivered despite calling and chatting with them for an hour. now they don't want to refund the money also. last time I am using FNp !!!!
