hi kusuma, Malai Chaap: This was the undisputed champion. The chaap pieces were incredibly soft and marinated in a rich, creamy blend of yogurt, cream, cashew paste, and subtle spices. It was perfectly cooked in the tandoor, achieving a beautiful smokiness without being dry. Highly recommended for those who prefer milder flavors. The store person was so polite and respectful ❤️👍

The food was cold and served late. The Sardar ji at the counter was not customer-friendly. Since it was late, they just mixed whatever was left and made a random dish of their own. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience at Gabru de Sadi Hue Chaaap in InOrbit. Shinkanji was third class too.

most items of menu were not available such as naan, bature, mlai chap. Also we ordered but gave paneer butter masala.
