To begin with, a few shortcomings .. it's expensive, you need slightly skilled and knowledgeable waiters.. some of the items were too bland.. we expected a tasty aamras at that price (probably of Alphonso or kesar mango) Good things are.. great ambience, well decorated, kaju methi kabab was superb and of excellent taste.. mousami strawberry kulfi tasted brilliant..all the kulchas and parantha was very well made and tasty Worth giving a second try, maybe once the entire menu is available..

Food taste was below average. Carrot coriander soup was a diluted carrot soup and coriander was missing. Kolhapuri dish was not up to mark and so were rotis. Overall food was below par but ambience, service were good

Place , Ambience is Good but the food is expensive comparatively with other places . Dishes are okay except for one or two dishes .Not a place to go again and again.

It was the most pathetic experience with the staff at Gaurang’s today. We went for a birthday luncheon with elders and kids. We booked on Zomato and it showed the restaurant is open. When we got out of the car we asked if the restaurant was open and the valet said yes, so we assisted our elders to the restaurant. Once seated they said we r almost closed and only chaat will be available that too we need to order at once… even tho we were disappointed with the the way ROBIN spoke to us, we adjusted as it is an ordeal with elders. We ordered … they came to take order for beverages and we gave the entire order at once as well. But ROBIN knew no boundaries n respect , he came to our table during our celebratory lunch and tells us when the valet asked you not to come why did u guys come ???? It took us by surprise and we asked sternly … that the valet be called and also as to why is the waiter not attending to us and chatting with the valet ?? The valet also clarified that he didn’t tell us that.. ROBIN refused and behaved even more rudely, the conversation escalated, the birthday celebration halted and spoilt for my child. The manager was missing … some one else came and yet ROBIN continued his psychotic attitude and remarks… We left the food on the table and walked away with the elders n kids … Such a big name attached to the restaurant and such psychotic behaviour of the staff. There is a way to communicate, you can’t keep pushing to a point where the customer really gets annoyed and yet continue to cross decent boundaries. Pathetic service, psychotic staff, celebrations spoilt !

Pathetic service, Paneer tikka was extremely average,overpriced and the kofta combo we ordered had the curry spoilt. When we complained to the manager, he refused to agree and argued with us. When we finally insisted to remove it from the bill, he kept saying the money would be cut from the serving staff and to not do that. He still charged for the roti which came with the combo, which felt super cheap. The mocktails we ordered, spicy jamun was below average. It was my parents anniversary and they just spoilt the night with their bad customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the food and service here. Ordered galouti kabab which was rotten, when told the manager, he disagreed to the whole thing. Mocktails were disappointing too, for the money we paid, the food wasnt worth it at all.

Food was terrible for the price and the senior staff is not polite. Additionally, I believe they employ young kids to serve. Child Labor is not okay! There was no thali available even on Saturday
