The chicken and fish starters were generally good, except for a couple of items like the chicken roast and boiled chicken, which didn’t meet expectations. The mutton starter was particularly disappointing, and when raised, the response was that it was the only option available—which isn’t acceptable. Food serving was decent, but the service response time was quite slow. The air conditioning was only average, and concerns raised about it were not addressed. The washroom maintenance was the most concerning aspect, with a strong unpleasant odor and poor hygiene. Overall, while some aspects were satisfactory, these issues significantly impacted the experience and needed immediate improvement.

The overall experience was okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The loose prawns were too oily and overly salty. The mutton starters were heavily coated with color, so please look into that as well. It would also be good to include some barbecue fruits like pineapple and watermelon, especially considering the ₹1200 per person charge for the non-veg buffet.

The food here is disappointing, and the service is extremely slow. It genuinely feels like customers are not valued. We pay for the food, yet end up waiting and asking repeatedly just to be served — a very frustrating experience. For the price they charge, the quality and service are far below expectations. Don’t rely on the online menu — many items are simply not available when you get there. The staff often say “we’ll bring it” or “it’s coming,” but it never actually arrives. For example, I ordered a spring roll, but I finished my entire meal and still never received it. Overall, a very poor experience and not worth the money.

Very bad experience at this restaurant. The food was disappointing, tasteless, and not fresh. Service was slow, and the staff were rude and inattentive. The place was not clean, and I even saw cockroaches, which was shocking and unhygienic. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and it was definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone..
