I don’t know why so much hate. I personally love their food taste. I would highly recommend you all to go there. If the food wasn’t good then you would not see any customer there. Its always full because of their taste.

It was good place to have food we ordered special mutton biryani it was more than sufficient for 2 people and the price was reasonable

The taste of both the rice and mutton was superb, just that it was a bit oily.

The much hyped Grand Hotel doesn't live up to it anymore. Food quality was bad, uncooked mutton pieces in Mutton Biryani. The Management was hell bent to literally kick out the customers especially one Idiot named Shivaji who was asking people to leave even before finishing the food. Golden Fried Prawns and Loose Prawns were good but Biryani was a big big spoilsport. Gone are the days when Grand served amazing Biryani. It's arrogant owner and the Support staff and making things from Bad to Worst! They pretend to shut their shop at 12 but in the next lane from the back door they still serve people and strict action should be taken against them.

such a worst place ever visited ...please remove this hotel from your list..in Tell Us More it is asked about sanitary pads available in women's washroom??? is there any washroom?...such a worst maintainence and smelly place...sometimes can find some cockroaches under the table ...worst experience ever ...unrotten meat ..bones but not meat.....uncooked biryani rice...rude staff....i asked them for biryani they came late and when asked about delay...tum akele nahi hai bohut giraak hai ...Khaana hai kal warna tumhari marzi....what kind of response is this?

I ordered family pack biryani online but received only half the quantity of packet with only one leg piece one another hand piece and small wing piece that too smelly and rotten looks like they are using frozen meat the taste of rice is pathetic its too oily the chicken is smelly and blood stain inside a roadside stall can give better taste than this place we have many better options dont get trapped by them

I ordered chicken beriyani and fried chicken while only fried rice was supplied. Fried chicken was not supplied. There was no will to verify. I strongly recommend people to avoid any business with this Hotel. there was some possibility of some other order items were supplied to us. very bad experience.

I'm so much disappointed with your food , stale biryani maybe you cooked 2 days back didn't even hot properly in oven , I ordered butter naan but it was more burnt naan also the chicken 65 was cold as ice .
