I order mini biryani in green bawarchi gachibowli to delivery medchal but food not delivery I paid money in online but my money was not refund I droped mail but I didn't get any response I want my money refund

Extremely rude and horrible service by the staff. Over priced food for the utter non sense quality of food. There was about a quarter litre of oil in a single plate of veg pulav. The staff was ill mannered, didn't have any sense of shame, lied that card machine isn't working as another guest just paid the bill using a credit card literally less than 10 minutes before. In addition to all this, the ambience is bad, looks and feels like a very very dirty and unhygienic place. Unfortunately I had to eat there only because of lack of time and energy.

Visited this place... Staff was very rude.. Ac was not working.. Even then charged 5%extra saying Ac restaurant. Chicken Tikka ordered was cold chicken was not cooked properly. Green chutney served with it was taken from freezer. Waited 20 minutes for bill to come. Paid it online and the staff rudely demanded for tip

Worst restaurant rude staff and the person at counter is very rude. He doesnt listen to you. Poor service. Charging extra money. Not at all hygeine. I wonder how zomato gave 3.7 rating. 1 rating is more for this restaurant.

i ordered muttan biriyani but I got one chicken piece and 1 muttan piece.and taste is like chicken biriyani.not a good taste and waste of money
