Today, I ordered Haleem worth ₹300 for takeaway. Despite charging a premium price, they failed to provide the basic accompaniments. Soup, which is mandatory for Haleem and preferred by many customers, was not served. They also did not provide onions, lemon, or fried onions. They only handed over the Haleem box. For ₹300, it is completely unacceptable not to include even the minimum standard items. They did not provide a spoon either. This clearly reflects very poor customer service standards. Additionally, the staff’s behavior was disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve proper service and respectful treatment. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.

i have never eaten such dirty chicken mandi from grill9 very bad biryani it was never order it from grill 9 this was the bad experience i ever had in my life i have thrown it was very horrible to eat .....the peices were very dried may be 3 days back they have cooked i guess

Very bad food. I ordered shawarma from Grill 9 and my children and I fell sick, we had Food Poisoning. Suffering like this after paying money is not at all what a customer deserves. Absolutely dangerous to expose the food from this place. Never going to recommend anyone.
