we had a wonderful experience at haiku their food is extraordinary..tasty fresh and excellent plating. service my mamaga was delightful and their yasaimaki and tofu crispy fry was out of the world. must try green Thai curry. love to visit again. Great job haiku .

For someone who very much enjoys crabsticks, the avocado crabstick salad was just amazing. I gotta have more of the before I leave. The nigiri platter was good too. However, service was slow and right now I opened the sushi I had delivered. No wasabi, no soy sauce, no chopsticks. Nada. Felt like they were short staffed or rushed. I dunno. But like you guys really should have added the soy sauce for sushi takeaways

The new place at Gachibowli struggles with service. We had to keep calling for water, cutlery and the next order. The good has the standard Haiku test. But the bad service messed up the experience.

the dimsum was shit ..frozen dimsum un properly heated raw . thick skin dimsum .this restaurant is classic example. of fall from top to shit .u are done haiku..shut it down enough
