I booked a table and paid ₹2000 for four people with 25% offer. When we reached the place, they asked us to pay another ₹6000 (₹2000 per person) as an entry fee, which is non-refundable. When it was time to pay the bill, they only allowed us to use the ₹2000 (Zomato booking amount) with the 25% offer. There was no discount on the ₹6000 we paid at the venue. So please think twice before booking a table—you will only get the offer on the ₹2000, not on the full amount you end up paying.

The servers here have no interest in serving anyone. They were distracted, and I had to wave constantly and almost yell to even get a glass of water. We had to remind them twice about everything we had ordered. We wanted to have pasta and garlic bread - the pasta was fine, the cheese garlic bread was served cold - further evidence that the servers kept dilly dallying despite the food being ready. I wouldn't recommend eating here.

Visited Heart Cup Coffee, Gachibowli recently and had a very disappointing experience. I had paid ₹2000 in advance through Zomato as a redeemable reservation for 4 members. However, upon reaching the venue, the staff refused entry unless we paid an additional ₹6000 cover charge (also supposedly redeemable). This condition was neither clearly communicated earlier nor reflected transparently during booking. On top of that, they did not allow us to pay via Zomato, which meant we couldn’t use the 25% discount that was promised. This defeats the whole purpose of booking through the platform. It felt like a complete money trap. The management and bouncers seemed more focused on extracting extra payments rather than providing a fair customer experience. If Zomato payments and discounts aren’t accepted, why charge a pre-reservation fee at all? Very misleading and frustrating experience. Would not recommend unless policies are made transparent and customer-friendly.

We attended the Hema Chandra concert with high expectations, especially after reserving in advance and paying ₹2,500 per person. However, our overall experience was below expectations. Although we arrived early, entry was allowed only at 9:30 PM, and there did not seem to be clear guidance or coordination from the staff. The event management appeared somewhat unorganized, which affected the overall experience. Despite having a prior reservation, no table was arranged for us upon arrival, and we had to manage the seating ourselves. Considering the amount paid, this was disappointing. The service was also quite slow. It took a long time for someone to attend to us, and the food was served almost an hour after placing the order. Basic items like plates and teaspoons were not readily provided and had to be requested multiple times. Overall, the event felt poorly organized and not worth the price.

The experience was quite disappointing. The place offers draught beer, and when we asked for a tank, we were told it wasn’t available, so we ordered a pitcher instead. However, within a few minutes, we noticed the next table being served a tank. When we asked how they got it, the staff claimed they had only one tank. After finishing our pitcher, we tried to place a repeat order, but were then told that draught beer was no longer available at all, forcing us to switch to pints. WTH!!!! This felt very inconsistent and came across as a business tactic rather than transparent service. Overall, the lack of clarity and inconsistent information from the staff ruined the experience.

No crowd management. Charging extra after coming to the location even after we pre-booked. After paying cover charge of 11500 table was not give to us. My friends had to lift table, chairs and arrange ourselves. Customers searching and arranging tables, chairs for themself is outrageous. The waiter took 45 min to take the order. And order came after 40 min. The worst experience ever.
