We visited this restaurant expecting a good Korean-Chinese dining experience, but unfortunately the food quality was disappointing. We ordered the Hibacci Hot Wings, Spicy Veg Miso Ramen, Veg Green Curry, Salt & Pepper Water Chestnuts, drinks, and a few starters. The chef did inform us that the wings would be very spicy, which we appreciated, but the spice level completely overpowered the flavor. The Spicy Veg Miso Ramen was also excessively spicy, making it difficult to enjoy. The Salt & Pepper Water Chestnuts were extremely salty, and the Veg Green Curry contained very few vegetables. The gravies in some dishes felt overly thickened, seemingly with maida, which affected both the texture and overall quality. Overall, the food did not feel like it was prepared with fresh or quality ingredients. The drinks were equally disappointing and lacked flavor, especially considering the price point. While the staff was polite and service was decent, the food and beverages did not justify the cost. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and we left feeling disappointed.

I've been to hibacci 3 times before and every time I left satisfied with the food and the service but this time it was so bad. the male server was clearly stoned (he reeked of such a strong cigarette smell and his eyes were all red) and the female servers were so weird, they didn't reply after our enquiries and kept looking at the customers and laughing, as if all standing together in a corner and making fun of customers. I asked to get some things packed but they kept looking at me as if I'm saying something weird. i told them 3 times to parcel some things but they didn't do it. I asked what's wrong and whether they were able to understand English but they didn't reply and kept standing in a corner looking at the customers and laughing. I don't know what's wrong with them and what were they trying to do. The food was average, we ordered 3 things and a drink. Out of the 4 things, only 1 sushi was really good. 2 other dishes including one sushi and one dimsums were really bad. One drink was average. I wouldn't of going there again due to this behaviour of the staff. Horrible

I recently ordered veg butter garlic noodles online. After waiting 60 minutes, I was sent chicken noodles instead. I'm highly disappointed with this careless mix-up, especially since it concerns dietary preferences.
