The service is very slow, and the reservation details provided are not being considered. Even after having a confirmed reservation, we are required to wait for their manual confirmation. I am also unable to understand why the District App requests booking confirmation when it is not being verified or utilized at the service location.

Food was ok but service is too slow seems heavily short staffed both in service and kitchen for the weekend

The test is even more useless than the useless hotel prisoner. The staff there is also not happy and I will only say that do not go to this hotel, you can go to some other hotel but do not go to Mayukha Hotel, I also did less, Mayukha did not even give me my salary And the manager's way of talking is also not good, they only care about money and there is no provision for taste, I am a personal staff there, that is why I am telling everyone not to go there. Your money will be wasted if you go there.

very low maintenance restaurant 1.No body is there to welcome 2.No proper AC 3.After 10 minutes somebody will come to you for asking order 4.Only two or three starters are present 5.Main course is ok ok 6.Biryani quality should improved a lot 7.Now time for Bill , we have to wait five more minutes at counter no body will take care 8.Mouth fresher is also not good 9.In jungle we can find cockroaches also That's all , Think twice before going into it

Service is damn pathetic.. lack of staff.. took 30 minutes to take order and 45 minutes to give the food.. we served the food ourselves.: and 45 minutes for billing.. no network inside the hotel.. full of chaos.. no air conditioning..limited menu.. overall experience is chaotic.. don’t visit the restaurant if u want to have peaceful lunch

I time they took to serve is over 30 minutes and hardly tables are full I have been mayuka lot of times for food but from now I won't plan.

Most of items in the menu were not available, food was served cold. They were not able to give bill. Very very bad.
