~HotelShadab, Ghansi Bazar, Charminar~ Relatives were in town, and so an evening visit to Charminar area was kind of mandatory. And that day we got lucky too, as we got a chance to eat in Shadab!!! For the past couple of years, every time I’ve gone to the Charminar area, I haven’t been able to eat at Shadab — something or the other always came up. Some days there were long queues, and on other days, it just didn’t work out for some reason. On that memorable day (23rd May), we reached Shadab at around 8 PM, and to our surprise, we were seated immediately. Odered a Chicken Kabab platter and couple of Mutton Biryanis (for some reason, the waiter was not very keen to serve us a family pack and insisted that we order full biryanis; didn't get the reason, but didn't pester either). Kababs were really juicy and flavourful, and the Biryani was-- Oh My Gosh!!! Flavourful yet not overtly spicy, rightly moist and with right amounts of white rice and masala rice--it was just heavenly. No doubt that they have such heavy rush almost everytime.

Hotel Shadab was quite an experience and absolutelyworth the hype. Food is a solid 10/10 but be prepared for crowds of hungry customers and a long wait. We waited nearly and hour. They have multiple levels with varying levels of ambience, comfort and crowds. The mutton biryani was amazing and their chicken gaurani was extremely delicious too. The rotis werent the best and the qubani ka meetha was not up my alley. But I will definitely go back whenever I am in Hyderabad next and happily wait in line.

The best briyani one can experience.The AC section was well managed and inspite of the Friday crowd we got the seats for 3 within 5 minutes.Service was good considering the crowd .The best thing about the briyani -You won’t find it greasy or the heaviness after having it and the Chicken is absolutely tender .A must have when you are in Hyderabad

Captain iqbal was handling the entire show very well Very professionally and sincerely Waiter peter also served the food very well Strongly recommend hotel shadab for everyone for great taste and service

I have been dining in Shadab for a quite a sometime and this has always been an issues her with long waiting hours to get you seat. But the only reason I go there is for the amazing food. Last month experience was terrible right from Food, service, management. Entire experience is disappointment. They don't care if want to have the food or not..they gave me a feeling like why I have come here..not bothered of taking the order, serving, plating and food was terrible

Person who wrote name for waiting people is very arrogant and rude. Doesnt know ho to behave with customer. There was a delay in our sweet dish and once we complained he simply cancelled the order and gave us the bill. He had fight with two groups as well. Management should think of removing that person as it will create bad picture of the restaurant. I will not suggest anybody to go due to his behaviour

See this is second time am sending clear pictures of pakets i belive the order is not from hotel sahdab because the hotel shadab pakage will have their logo and name on the food packet pls help me this is not fair delivery please send my order from the original and geniine Hotel Shadab as per my booking otherwise refund my amount take back the pack return

They didn't let me sit inside in the AC area, nor wrote my name (for waiting) for the AC dining, just because I went there alone, and they didn't want to give a seat to a single person.

They don’t accept district or online payment. Dont serve to normal people. Crowd is heavy
