Absolutely Terrible Experience – Unprofessional Staff and Zero Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. The servers at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional, inattentive, and outright rude. They ignore customer requests, don’t respond when addressed politely, and behave as if they’re doing you a favor by simply existing. It genuinely felt like the only hiring requirement for both the servers and the manager was to have the worst possible attitude. No courtesy, no basic service standards, and definitely no interest in making customers feel welcome. If you’re looking for a place to be treated poorly while paying for it, this is the spot. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Restaurant manager Sundeep / Sandeep whatever his name. We reported stones coming in the food and he doesn't have the patience to listen and countering back. This bloody manager should be taken off the duty and job at Shubham Celebrations, near Nalagandla flyover. He is like whatever you do I'll stay at this restaurant and no one can do anything about it. This restaurant does not deserve even 1 star rating with the attitude of this bloody person

not value to money and quality of food seems very costly with a given quantity in this area roti was 60, it is not even like pulkha chicken curry was served in a small bowl, where 90% is filled with capsicum and onion cut in big pieces which was cost rs400+

staff was very rude and was arguing for payment of Zomato. They asked me to pay again, even though I had paid through Zomato didn’t receive the bill. Please take action.

It’s not first time we had to argue to pay bill through district. If they aren’t willing to get that done, they should remove offers on district.
