Shubham was never like this. its my famiky favourite since its inception. But today the food was too horrible and never faced this instance. every item even crispy corn was heavily spicy none of us enjoyed food. I recommend them to be more precise and cook the food as per customer requirement

i ordered for spcl chicken biryani , they brought chittimutyalu spcl chicken biryani, the waiter was lying that we ordered for chittimutyalu biryani , later while leaving found out that they were having chittimutyalu specials , so they wanted to force ppl to have chittimutyalu , that was totally insane. I'm never going to visit this hotel, i just took a chance and they proved me wrong, so will never visit again. i will suggest people to check if they have chittimutyalu spcl displayed at entrance, if it is there better leave the hotel in the next second.

It was really drastic..as we had sat in bar of shubham Palace and asked them do we have flat 15% off for zomato gold customers..they said it's applicable only for food not alchol..we said it's ok..In the bar they are serving mini snacks and we ordered them..when the bil came they simply said we don't give zomato offer for food on mini food items..This is a great experience from zomato to me.. Till now I had fantastic experience with zomato but from now onwards I will not recommend it to any one..

I was shattered with the recent experience, I had a sour encounter with Mr. Sagar. He was rudely talking to me. I am a member in danturi group and a regular customer here but the experience this time is shattering. I regret to take a membership here

Not family friendly The billing staff shouted at us for giving portion of the discount received via dineout Minimum manner need to be ensure from billing staff and manger with customers. They spoiled our function

Chefs must be underpaid; hence, they prepared such awful biryani that nobody would want to think about biryani next time. I wouldn't dare to visit this restaurant again.

Fraud restaurant. Don’t visit. Zomato dining offer an only to attract people. Once you go there they won’t accept this offer. And will ask u to pay full bill.
