My bill is 1915 but I paid the 2015 amount and post that I got a discount in zomato. I paid 100 extra for the tip to trupti..she gave the best service to us.... unfortunately it is not goes to her ,later we came to know.if possible pls reward her the same.

The food was great,the ambience and service was excellent, impressed with George and the staff who served us, recommended the best and tasty dishes. sure is the best place in the area. my family loved all of them and are very happy. would come again.

Starters, main course with bread are too good but biryani was average actually it’s not a Biryani it was pulav. Overall service and food was decent 8/10

so after entering the hotel and I said them i had district booking so they started behaving odd and the food quality is very cheap like I ordered chicken drumstick and the food is uncooked from inside and from outside only the coating is nice but inside there no chicken in it full of coating and I ordered Nalli gosh biryani in it full masala they said it's khema in that masala but it's full elasticly uncooked and the Nalli gosh piece was also full of fat less meat . I suggest better to try in small restaurant the ambience doesn't satisfy but food satisfy there please ignore this cheap svm restaurant .

I recently had a disappointing experience at SVM Grand. The Paneer Kaju Masala was excessively sweet, which I pointed out to the manager. Although they remade the dish, the issue was resolved. However, the real concern arose during payment. When I attempted to pay through Zomato to avail offers, the manager claimed that Zomato payment is only allowed for table bookings, which is not a standard practice across India. What's unfair is that SVM Grand is listed for payment on Zomato without this restriction being clearly communicated. The manager's justification that he's following instructions from SVM Grand management doesn't hold any sense. I urge Zomato to take necessary action against SVM Grand for this misleading practice, which can harm Zomato's brand image due to the partnership. Attached copy of bill for your reference.

They have a Blue Moon drink that is totally made of Water. No Soda at all. We didn't drink that and they forcefully Billed for it.
