Food was good but service was not satisfactory. Didn't refill salads and starters I spite of repeated reminder and ask.

The Swagath De Royal is a regular hotel to me, but unfortunately after renovation lots of changes happened to menu like my favourite starter golden fried prawns wasn't available, also the mocktails taste bad, the standards of the hotel are degrading and I recommend the hotel to take necessary actions to get back in business

well they stopped accepting Zomato Gold stating there is a payment issue with Zomato 🤷🏻. Tip: If you are in a similar situation, please take the bill copy if you want to contact customer support later.

items were always empty in the trays and refilling takes time, and they said we don't receive info when we book through Zomato and it's like communication gap between customer restaurant and Zomato

You better call them before you go to know the status of their services. I went there for dinner buffet, but soon reached their place, and found out that the buffet is not served on weekdays as there was no crowd. However, we dined in for ala carte, but again there was a disappointment. 70% of the items we wished to order were not available. You have to eat only what they serve. That too tasteless food. Starters were ok, but the main course is so pathetic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Food is not at all tasty and quality. chicken is not marinated completely dried. items are not chosen properly. No item is tasty. i am south indian tasted so many chicken items in other hotels but the quality and taste is worst. moreover please tell them about your gold offwr before you start else they will not consider.

This restaurant is very bad or worst I can say I have ordered Desserts for my office staff n was waiting for delivery the resturant people called me n said it is out of stock n cancelled . And the way they spoke to me was pathetic worst concerns they couldn't even hlp me in any other way

The food was bad. Fish starter was smelly and bad, which left with only one option chicken, which was not really great. Service was really bad. They were full of attitude.
