One of the finest Patisseries in the twin cities for sure! My wife's Birthday Cake came from there and it was a pleasure to relish. Their chocolate cakes use a considerable portion of dark chocolate. They threw in a strawberry cheesecake too as compliments from the Hotel. Last visit I tried their chocolate croissants which I wanted crisp and they obliged. You can have a glimpse of the mighty Hussain Sagar lake while you enjoy their bakes.

Overall experience of how I was guided by the staff member Ms Preety; getting introduced to chef Anup who carefully understood my requirements about the cake. The chef also gave his genuine suggestions, he explained me the details of how he is going to create a birthday cake for my daughter and constantly kept updating me with it. I appreciate the efforts of the chef as well as the staff for their excellent work.

Hyderabad Baking Company has an array of beautifully crafted desserts and breads. The display counter houses a variety of mouthwatering delicacies. There is something new to taste on every visit here. Each item is made to perfection and leaves you craving for more. If you haven’t tried out the desserts here, you’ve been going to the wrong places.

Right from the time you enter this beautiful place you know you are in good hands. The sitting over looks the water rushing from Hussain Sagar. It's a treat for sure. The food is good and quantity okay. Staff is nice and polite. I loved the coffee there. A place I would surely visit again.

Ambiance - Being inside a five star hotel the place has lot of open place to sit. The outlet has been designed using modern wooden interiors with glass jars filled with colorful artificial macrons on shelf. The staff was courteous. Desserts - The ingredients of the desserts were not fresh and it tastes similar to that. Desserts are not at all worth the exorbidantly high cost. 1. Macron - The macrons were way too crispy and sugary. Tried strawberry and passion fruit ones. But there was hardly any taste of these fruits in filling. Only taste you will get is of sugar. Rating - 3/5 2. Hazelnut Ginger Biscuit - The sponge was hard and the taste of hazelnut was very mild. The cream was not fresh and there is no unique taste of the dish. Rating - 3/5 3. Chocolate Tart - Bitter and excessively sweet. No balance of sugar in the recipe. Moreover the quality of chocolate was also not good. It has more of artificial chocolate taste than it's natural one. Rating - 3/5 Recommendation to the restaurant - 1. Kindly serve freshly made items and use good quality natural ingredients. You can do that as the cost of the dishes are quite high. 2. Balance the sugar, some items are overtly sweet. 3. Please give your staff dineout key. I had to wait for 40 minutes after bill was generated to pay the bill. Although staff was courteous, I cannot see any manager coming and handling the issue. Kindly respect other person's time

The Hyderabad baking company is the bakery counter in Marriott Hotel, which is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but unfortunately the service is very poor! The ambiance and the quality of food is undoubtedly good, but that's not what you go for in a 5 star! Forget a 5 star service it wasn't even close to decent. I had to wait for almost 20 minutes before the waiter brought us the change, after paying the bill and that too after asking him thrice for it! Talking about the bakery the cappuccino was pretty good with the right mix of coffee and milk, however it could have been a tad less strong. The cold coffee was forgettable and the lesser we talk about it, the better. The desserts looked really delicious but the taste didn't quite match up with the looks. The red velvet cake was way too sweet. The cherry and the cheese content was fine, but the white chocolate made it too sweet for me to even relish it til the end. All in all, a good experience, but only if you forget that you went to a 5 star. Coffee buds: Elated Pocket shouts: Moderate What I sense around: Too crowded and beautiful live music from the restaurant Waiting time for tummy: Quick Keep Gorging! - Foodie Panda For more reviews visit : foodeepanda.com

This place is just next to the lobby of Marriott with decent ambiance and minimal seating. And coming to food the cheese cake was hard. Ice cream scoop was like just sample in affagato. Muffin was okaish(but was too much on dry side). But the pulled lamb with horseradish spread on a ciabatta covered them for their below par bakery items.

I ordered a heart shaped 3kgs chocolate cake for my daughters birthday. Paid almost 8000rs for the cake. Was very exited about the cake but the cake turned out to b a disappointment. It was may be 3kgs but too small and the worst part was the 3 roses on top of the cake. Too much greasy tasted bad. Overall it was a big disappointment and also waste of money.
