One of the best spots in Secunderabad for authentic Italian gelato! Ilatto in Sainikpuri serves rich, creamy flavours that taste like the real deal, not too sweet, just perfect. The pistachio and dark chocolate gelato were amazing, and their affogato is a must-try if you love coffee desserts. Cozy vibe, great service, and totally worth the visit.

It is a really nice place with a really good coffee and nice falvours of ice creams. Must try Affogato.

Affogato was good - Not for everyone Gelato was typical gelato - Decent options & taste The staff were good and welcoming. Value For Money ? - Gelato is typically pricey , so is Ilatto. However it doesn’t feel like getting robbed. Would I go again? - Maybe if I wanted to have a Gelato. Affogato again? - may be not. I wanted to try something different, I did. I liked it, but not so much for me to go for a repeat.

The ice cream options were pretty basic ! Nothing great ! It was like 219 bucks for a scoop ! Not worth it !
