Review Paid ₹6,000 as cover charges for 4 people. At the entrance, we were told that the remaining bill could be paid later. However, inside, the waiter at Nirakar said that for a full bottle, payment through the District app was not accepted, so I had to pay ₹9,000 separately for the bottle. At the end, I was charged another ₹4,000 for the final bill. Overall, I paid a significant amount, but the experience was definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing experience at Insomnia, Kajaguda. The payment process and communication about the charges were especially frustrating. Worst experience and not recommended.

i booked the seat from district but they r not allowed me with that reservation they charged 1500/person.and I got 33% discount from district that also not applicable with the entry fee it's Very big scam nd bull shit. and the Vibe here absolutely zero not at all recommended food also not that much good. waste of time waste of money

Very disappointing experience. The discount was not applied to the bill, and I was charged an extra amount without a proper explanation. On top of that, the staff behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. This needs to be addressed by the restaurant management. Definitely not happy with the experience.

They are charging service charges apart from GST which should be excluded and it is bluffing the customers as I informed them already but still they hesistant to remove the service charges which is not good be loyal to customers and they will give you proper service tip not take forcefully service charge

They denied regular entry at the gate and asked ₹1500 per person as an entry fee. The unlimited offers were not applicable on 12/04. It was crowd pulling stunt and very disappointing.

no vibe don't book in zomato Swiggy or district they won't allow you without entry fee 1500/person and the food is also worst.. time waste with headache music
