We recently visited this restaurant with a group of 9 people including kids and senior citizens. While the food was genuinely good and worth appreciating, the overall experience was disappointing because of the poor service and management. We had made a reservation well in advance, but when we arrived, there was no table reserved for us. Walk-in customers were accommodated before our group, and we were left waiting for a long time while the kids and elderly members in our family were extremely hungry and uncomfortable. Eventually, we were given a table right in front of the washing area with two extra chairs adjusted awkwardly, which was neither comfortable nor appropriate for a pre-booked large family group. Good food alone cannot make up for such poor handling of reservations and customer service. I hope the management improves their coordination and gives proper priority to customers who book in advance.

Waiting time is way too long on Saturday evening , even when I booked table I had to wait for 30 min, also food was getting delivered late too. Food was good. Service was good too.

Dosa was served cold. Staff was not prompt to check if customers need anything. Food for all people wasn’t served together.

1. The restaurant appears to be somewhat overhyped compared to the actual experience. 2. The service was noticeably delayed. The food taste did not meet expectations. 3. The staff was not very responsive. We requested multiple times to change our seating, but there was no proper response or assistance.

Chinese items have been removed from the Menu and there is new menu and no information about this before hand and the chutneys were not fresh at all and they all are cold and when asked they say they cant heat them so they have been served cold. Very disappointed with the experience!!

Today had idli & Rayalseema karam dosa , utappam. While idli is ok . The dosas are not properly baked . Had to consume it as we were hungry . Not at all upto the expectations of Isthaa
