I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was really good—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Every dish we tried met our expectations. Jagan was attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. The service was smooth and added to the overall positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and friendly service.

Tried the “Raja Bhojanam” thali at Itlu for lunch, and while the name promises a grand spread, it felt quite similar to regular thalis elsewhere in terms of quantity. That said, the taste was definitely a highlight, the curries were well-made and offered a good variety. The experience dipped a bit due to a cylinder shortage, which meant no pooris. Instead, we were served cold rotis/naans that were honestly hard to tell apart and didn’t quite complement the meal. At ₹429 + taxes, it feels overpriced for the limited range and overall experience. Service, too, could have been more attentive. Also tried the millet khichdi, decent but served in a small portion and priced on the higher side. Overall, good flavors but doesn’t quite justify the price or the “raja bhojanam” tag.

tha apricot delight dessert which they boast as their signature dessert was aweful with a small piece of bread with apricot jam inside, dipped in watery cream and was way too sweet

The worst service and that too this is my second visit funny thing us both the time the same lady was serving they just dont care they will take their own time the worst part is i have ordered dosa and they forgot after half an hr I remembered them and they took 10 more minutes and finally gave my dosa so 40 mins for dosa is negligence to the core

Items ordered were not at all delicious. Infact not made the way it was just few weeks ago We had to return items ordered Service was also not attended to Took guest with high appreciation as we live next building but was very disappointed
