The food was genuinely great and tasted really good. We ordered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and the food itself was definitely the highlight of our visit. However, the overall dining experience was disappointing, mainly because of the seating and service. 1. Seating: We were a group of 9, but we were given a corner table that was pushed completely towards the wall, leaving almost no space to move around. It felt very cramped and uncomfortable, almost claustrophobic. What was frustrating was seeing a 2-person table near the entrance with plenty of space around it, while 9 people were made to sit in such a tight area. 2. Service and staff: This was the biggest issue. I had to repeat the same order around 5 times to the staff member, and it was still taken incorrectly. I understand that it was a Sunday and the restaurant was busy, but the orders were being entered on a mobile device, so getting the same order wrong repeatedly was frustrating. There also seemed to be no proper table allocation or service system. There were several staff members in orange T-shirts, but nobody appeared to be specifically assigned to our table. We constantly had to call someone to take orders or serve the food. At one point, a staff member in a black shirt simply placed the dishes on our table and walked away. We were genuinely confused whether it was self-service or whether someone was supposed to serve us. Every dish was handled this way, and we eventually had to call someone each time to serve. For a restaurant, especially when dining with family, I expect the food to be properly served rather than having to repeatedly call staff. We even ended up serving some of the starters ourselves because we were tired of waiting. Another issue was the lemonade. We specifically ordered sweet lemonade but were served a salty one. When we asked for it to be changed, instead of replacing it, we were given sugar syrup and told to mix it into the salty lemonade. That honestly made no sense. A replacement was made upon explaining her like a little baby!! To make matters worse, while paying the bill, the staff member kept insisting that we give a 5-star rating immediately, even though we said we would leave a review later. That felt quite uncomfortable and unnecessary. Overall: The food was excellent, but the service and dining experience really let the restaurant down. With better table allocation, proper staff responsibility, attentive service, and basic order accuracy, this could have been a much better experience. Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambience :- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seating: ⭐⭐ Service: ⭐ Great food, but the service needs serious improvement.

Waiting for food is more, we waiting 25-30mins fr starters, 30-40mins fr main course yet biryani was severed cold. Taste was decent - not soo good not bad.

I reached the restaurant as scheduled, but upon entering, I was asked to book the table again and join the queue. We then had to wait despite having already made a booking. This was a very disappointing experience. The service was poorly managed, and the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I expected much better service and coordination from the restaurant.

Service is worst, The staff there are very unprofessional and pathetic. Pls don't visit the place. Food is average and chefs are not upto the mark. It's highly overpriced not worth it. Customer is highly disrespected by the staff. Overall it was a worst experience, would never ever visit again and recommend people to avoid the place .

I don't even want to give one star bcz 1) they didn't serve food and the waiter just kept the food and left 2) if I called to order something they are not responding 3) told them to bring spoons and literally waited for 10 mins 4) is this how they serve ?
