Had to wait for plates, cups. Waited 15 mins at sweets counter as it was empty. Didn't refill. Mutton wasn't feeling like mutton. Infact I enjoyed boiled vegetables, panipuri and chicken biryani was good. Remaining all waste.

here we can see one price and at there they are saying other price and they ask us to pay from other app we will provide points but they will not provide any points and food is also not good not worth of money

While booking, the price was shown as 6000/- for 5 persons estimated and after the offer it showed around 2,900/- something But after the meal we were charged 14,000/- and after the offer it was 8,900/- There was one extra child with us Even if we do consider the child, as per the app, the price should be something around 4,000/- after the discount We payed twice the amount that we were given estimated. Even the staff were not on the same page. One was saying that there was some festival happening so the price is different than nrml buffet and the other said the price originally shown is after calculating discount. Came here to enjoy peacefully but not to pay double the amount promised. Really disappointed

The service and ambiance at Jonathan’s Kitchen at Fairfield by Marriott were flawless, but the dinner buffet was deeply disappointing. I expected a well-curated world cuisine experience for the Indian palate, but the food lacked freshness, flavor, and balance. The veg biryani was decent, but the sabjis were heavy with oil, the starters were bland, and the soup was oddly experimental and unpleasant. What made it more disappointing is that the same dishes ordered à la carte here usually taste excellent. Out of five of us, only one person managed to eat properly while the rest left unsatisfied. Sadly, we paid for the promise of a great dining experience rather than the experience itself.
